SIMPLICITY
Thank you for wanting to know a little more about me. I enjoy simplicity, rare moments of solitude, goofy jokes, sunny days, quick naps, reading, word games, cooking, feeding and spending time with loved ones, walking and nature strolls, and listening to birds chirping. I try to live a quiet life in a digitally and physically loud world.
INSPIRATION
Nature, the details often overlooked in our surroundings, my children, the simplicity in how children live and explore the world, the quirkiness of their innocence and humor, black and white visual art, and beautifully written prose are some of the things that inspire me in my life and guide how I approach my art works.
FAITH
My existence is centered on my faith. I'm a sinner that is grateful to be saved by grace and growing in my relationship with my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, who is the source of my hope, purpose, and strength. I'm also a wife and homeschooling mom; two roles the Lord has used to bless and refine me. Despite the trials in life, I'm grateful for God’s generous mercy, steadfast love, and gracious promises. I'm in awe of God's creation and feel honored to be able to capture some of it in my work. This is a place where I'm excited to be able to share and document some of my creative efforts, and to be a small part of the digital world.
