Today is the start of our homeschooling year where I am committed to implementing a creative and fun curriculum for my 4 and 5 year old. It was a productive morning that led to a creative afternoon. The kids did a great job completing their work and engaging in today's activities. I'm quite confident and eager to begin the rest of the year. I'll have to come back and write a post in a few months to see if my confidence and eagerness are still intact, since homeschooling can be challenging at times. However, I didn't think that I would have this much fun. The above photos are images of one of our craft projects today, using fruitloops and braiding cord to make necklaces and bracelets. This craft idea is from The Letter of the Week Curriculum from The Measured Mom and there are lots of ideas and projects to keep your little ones busy and wanting more creative fun.
