Thank you for wanting to know a little more about me. My name is pronounced sa-roam and it's of Cambodian origin. I'm an introvert who embraces short moments of solitude, a wife, homemaker, and homeschooling mom; these roles challenge me and help to stretch me. I'm navigating life with some health challenges and learning to cultivate rest throughout the day. I'm grateful to be able to share my creative ideas and art with you when the days are not so busy or challenging. I believe, that in this life, we will not ever be completely free from suffering and, although, we may go through trials, these trials increase my personal belief that they will turn out for good when we place our hope in God. I'm extremely grateful to be saved by grace and growing in my relationship with my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, who is the source of my hope, purpose, and strength. I hope, as I grow as an artist, I grow into a deeper relationship with my Heavenly Father.
I enjoy fine art photography and capturing images of nature and unusual perspectives. Precious babies and most mini animals definitely make me smile. I find joy in my children's laughter, reading out loud with them, and laughing together with my husband; usually at something mundane or random. I also enjoy cooking, reading, walking in nature, listening to birds chirping, and getting rid of things. When time permits, you'll find me running my other website, Doodle Thinks, where I share my children's educational art and design resources to encourage creative thinking. Overall, I'm delighted to be able to share some of my creative works online. Meet me here and thank you for reading my words!
